Controlled/live polymerization, melt blending and reactive extrusion allow precise control of molecular weight, reinforcement content and additive dispersion — resulting in consistent, repeatable product quality batch after batch.

Only premium-grade base resins are used: PA6 and PA66 sourced from certified European and Asian producers. Every incoming lot is tested for viscosity, moisture and contamination before entering production.
